We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. No system is completely secure. Where required, we will notify the relevant authority of a data breach within 72 hours (PDPL/SDAIA).

LearnShift is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn of such collection, we will delete it promptly.

If you access LearnShift from outside Australia or Saudi Arabia, your information may be transferred and processed in countries with different laws. We ensure such transfers comply with applicable regulations, including SDAIA guidance.

LearnShift will appoint a DPO if required by PDPL or other laws. The DPO will oversee data governance and compliance. If appointed, their details will be available on our platform.
