Refund & Cancellation Policy
We aim to provide high-quality learning experiences. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work at LearnShift.
1. Subscriptions (AI Mentor Access)
LearnShift subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle. Please note that subscription fees are non-refundable once a payment has been processed.
2. One-Time Course Purchases
Refunds for one-time course purchases are available under the following condition:
- A refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase if less than 10% of the course content has been consumed (e.g., fewer than one lecture or equivalent material accessed).
Once more than 10% of the course has been accessed, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@learnshift.io with your order details. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, or in cases of abuse, fraud, or repeated refund requests.
5. Changes to Policy
LearnShift may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
