How do I sign in or reset my password?

Click “Sign In” → “Forgot password?”. You’ll receive an email to reset it. If you signed up with Google, use the same Google account.

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing. You can pause or cancel anytime; access remains until the current period ends.

My video won’t play or buffer. What can I try?

Refresh the page, disable ad blockers, and ensure your connection is stable. We stream via edge CDN; if issues persist, contact support with the course/lecture URL.

Where are my course downloads and resources?

Inside the Course Player, open the Syllabus sidebar → Resources tab for each lecture or section.

AI Tutor

How does the AI know my context?

The tutor is tied to your current lesson and timestamps. It references transcripts/embeddings to answer with exact context.

What languages are supported?

English and Arabic now, with more coming soon. Switch language in the chat settings when available.

How do I submit a course?

Dashboard → “New Course”. Upload lessons or link existing content. After review/approval, it goes live with an AI tutor wrapper.
